LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

We understand that shipping carriers may sometimes experience delays due to various factors, such as weather conditions, high shipment volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances. Unfortunately, any delays caused by the shipping carrier are completely out of our control. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to get the latest updates on your package, as the tracking information available to us is the same as what you can see on your end.

In some cases, carriers may mistakenly mark a package as "Delivered" while it's still out for delivery, and it may actually arrive within the next four business days.

If your order still shows as "Delivered" after four business days and you have not been able to locate your package after checking around your delivery address, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance by clicking  HERE  .

Please note that for all domestic orders, if the ZIP code on the proof of delivery matches the ZIP code of your order, REVICE is not responsible for any missing, lost, or stolen packages. In these cases, you will need to reach out directly to the shipping carrier to file a claim.

For international orders, if your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, we recommend following these steps to file a claim with the carrier:

1. Visit the carrier's website and locate the "File a Claim" section.
2. Enter your tracking number and any other required details.
3. Explain that the package is marked as delivered but is missing.
4. Submit the claim and wait for the carrier’s response.

If you have purchased Route Package Insurance and need to file a claim, please click HERE and enter your six-digit order number and the email address used to place the order. Follow the instructions provided by Route when filing your claim. Please be aware that Route may require additional information from you after the claim is submitted. Route Package Insurance can be added at checkout, with the cost varying based on the items purchased and the destination. Please be aware that if you choose not to include Route Insurance at checkout, your order will not be insured. In such cases, REVICE cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or disappearance of the package during transit or after delivery.

While not mandatory, we strongly recommend purchasing Route Package Insurance at checkout to protect your shipment. By including Route Insurance with your order, you ensure comprehensive coverage against any issues that may arise during transit or after delivery.
