Warranty
At Revice Denim, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love each and every purchase. That’s why all products have a 90 days warranty against manufacturing and material defects (outside of normal wear and tear).
- Products that show signs of defect must be returned within 90 days from purchase.
- If purchased from our online store at revicedenim.com please follow the process to request a replacement item or return for a store credit.
To initiate a warranty claim:
- Please go to our online contact form
- Answer some questions for us
- Select from the subject “Warranty”
- Attach pictures of the garment defect - we ask that you send at least two images of the affected area. In addition, we ask that you attach a picture of the size label found inside the garment
- Please allow 3-5 business days for us to inspect your images
- We will not be able to process requests for an order that is more then 90 days from delivery
