RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Revice prides itself on making premium denim at prices customers love, and a store credit only policy allows us to continue to produce high quality products that are custom made in Los Angeles.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:

All orders placed between November 22, 2020 and December 25, 2020 are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 31, 2021. The items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs


RETURN POLICY: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit only. We only accept ONE return/per item/per customer, once an item has been exchanged it is no longer eligible for an additional exchange/store credit.

The items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, a code will be issued via email, along with instructions. This code may be used towards the purchase of any available items.

Please Note: We do not include shipping fees in store credit.

TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE:

Please enter your order number and your email that was used during the purchase, this information can be found on your order confirmation email.

Please allow 4-7 business days for us to process your return. If you requested an exchange and we don't have the product in stock, we will ship it out as soon as we receive it.

Once your return is process, you will receive email with tracking number for your exchange or store credit code.
