Exchange Policy

 

Exchanges:

Size didn't work out? Not loving the style you ordered? No worries babe! Revice accept returns within 30 days of delivery for exchange or store credit. 

If the desired exchanged item is out of stock, we will automatically proceed by issuing store credit for your order.  Please note that we cannot guarantee that the item you want will be in stock at the time of exchange.  Clearance items of 40% or more are Final Sale cannot be exchanged.

When returning all items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Customers will be responsible for shipping it back to Revice and cover return shipping costs. Exchanges will be shipped to you free of charge or you will receive store credit. Please note, items may only be exchanged once. Once we receive your return, a code will be issued via email, along with instructions. This code may be used towards the purchase of any available items.

Please allow up to 7-14 business days for our team to process it once it's received at our facilities. We are experiencing a higher volume of returns at this time and working quickly & efficiently. We thank you for your support, understanding, and extended patience!

International Returns:

For international orders (out of the USA), you may send your order back to REVICE and we will issue you a gift card, minus the cost of shipping.

Returns must be shipped within 30 days of the delivery of your order. Please include your order number as a reference.

Note that we do not include shipping fees in store credit. 

Holiday Return Policy:

All orders placed between November 22 and December 25 are eligible for exchange or store credit 45 days from delivery date.  Items marked 50%-70% off will be FINAL SALE and not eligible for return/exchange. Wondering why? That's the absolute only way we could offer these incredible steep discounts! Yes.. they're that good! 

Order Cancellations:

Revice prides itself on making premium denim at prices customers love and our cancellation policy allows us to continue to produce high quality products that are custom made in Los Angeles.

Please note that we will not be able to cancel an order if the order was already shipped or the item(s) is/are in stock. ( You can tell if the item is on stock by clicking on your size and see this message next to the "Add to Cart" button: EXPECTED TO SHIP 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS) since we usually process those orders immediately and will not be able to stop it. We only allow to cancel an order if the "EXPECTED TO SHIP DATE" is longer then 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS AND THE ORDER WAS PLACED UP TO 2 HOURS BEFORE YOU CONTACTED US. Kindly be advised that refunds cannot be facilitated for orders exceeding a two-hour timeframe. Nevertheless, if your order remains unfulfilled, we can proceed with canceling it and providing store credit accordingly.
