We aim to fulfill all regular orders 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday) after the order is placed.
Pre-order items will be fulfilled as the product arrives in house. Production time on each piece varies. For an update on when your pre-order item might be ready to ship, email us to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not ship on weekends. If you purchase overnight shipping on an order placed during the weekend it will be shipped the following Monday with the overnight option applied.
To CANCEL or MODIFY your order, please contact us at email@example.com. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we cannot cancel or modify orders that have already shipped.
International shipping (shipping to any country outside the USA) is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your order. We offer international shipping for $25.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary from country to country - we'd recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information. Customs may impact the time it takes your package to reach you. Once your order has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
Tracking is available on standard and all express delivery services. You will receive a confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way to you, with a tracking link for your package so you can follow its journey. We ship through Fedex Smartpost. Our domestic packages will begin their journey on a Fedex delivery truck, once they reach the city of delivery they will be handed off to your local Post Office to be delivered by USPS.
Shipping costs will be shown at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.
We do NOT offer returns or exchanges internationally
*We aim to meet these delivery times but pre-order items & busy periods like holidays and sales, deliveries may take a little longer. Revice Denim cannot be held liable for any packages that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
Returns / Exchanges:
We offer free shipping on domestic returns or exchanges. To process a return or exchange send an email to our customer service team to, firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, name, and request for return or exchange.
All sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, they are FINAL SALE.
Some specific items are only eligible for exchange. Please read the product description on each product to know if your item falls under this category.
If you wish to exchange an item you received for an item that is on pre-order, the time in which we can fulfill your exchange may be extended, as we must wait for the product to arrive in house before we are able to process your exchange.
All items that are on pre-order are clearly marked in their product description as pre-order selections. We work tremendous hours of overtime in order to get the pre-order items through production and into our warehouse in order to ship to you. We do our best to provide accurate estimates on when pre-order items will arrive to our warehouse. However, sometimes there are speed bumps in production and things take a little longer than we expect. Bear with us, as we will promise to do our best to expedite the process so you can have your items as soon as possible.
